FF works fine for me, but not for my wife's login

I and my daughter can access FF without problems when in our Windows login. But my wife cannot. For no apparent reason, FF will not come up when logged in with my wife's Windows XP login. It won't come up even if I double click firefox.exe so it isn't a problem with the shortcut.
