why wont Firefox work properly with Hotmail I go to put mail from one place to another it wont do it but I click on another file and it takes me there but can't move letters to another file have to close and re open it and do it again and also get messages saying that the program uses so much memory why is this happening..? at times it gets me frustrated I close it and open windows explorer..

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
