Was "Save and Quit" removed in Firefox 9.0.1?

I used to use the "Save and Quit" feature all the time but didn't want the browser to open my previous tabs ALL the time, only periodically. However, since the Firefox 9.0.1 update I do not have that prompt anymore when closing the browser - I only receive the "You are about to close _tabs..." dialog.

Was this feature removed? I still have all the appropriate settings in about:config set to True (i.e. browser.tabs.warnOnClose, browser.warnOnQuit, browser.warnOnRestart, and browser.showQuitWarning) yet I do not get the option to save tabs when I close the browser anymore...?
