I can't find the specifications for your phone (Besides " 650 MHz" processor, which isn't much help). However, if you can't install it from Google Play, it is likely that it doesn't meet the minimum system requirements for your device. Will Firefox work on my mobile device? shows the system requirements (ARMv7 processor, etc.) and list of supported phones.

One source has it saying it has 447MB RAM and a ARM11 cpu so basically a ARMv6 which means the phone does not support the current mobile Firefox releases. http://celkona99.blogspot.ca/

I agree that it was hard to find info on the cpu being used.
