When I'm saving from EPS (adobe illustrator output) to SVG and the EPS Contains patterns. the SVG have error that the pattern did not appear in firefox whenever it work and appear all browsers except Firefox.

Is that mean the mozilla did not support SVG or there is any plug-in should i install?

there were quite a few bugs in mozilla's bug-db, regarding svg & patterns - however most of them appear to be fixed. however there is still https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=750430 that might be related to the problem you're observing...

I'm afraid to tell you that i didn't know how to use this bug :) could you please tell me how could i use this bug to fix my problem

no, i think the mozilla developers have to fix this bug in firefox before it's working. you could try if it's working correctly when you create a new firefox profile for testing purposes - otherwise there's probably nothing you can do at your end at the moment to fix the issue unfortunately...
