Natao arisiva ity resaka mitohy ity. Mametraha fanontaniana azafady raha mila fanampiana.

Firefox prevented yahoo email from opening print window as "popup window". I have allowed the site for popups. It will not show in yellow bar to click, run.

I have allowed three sites on Firefox.

On one site I get a yellow box at the top showing 4 blocked options, the bottom being a link I can follow to open the page I need (in this case a bank site with an approval page).

On another two this yellow box on only shows the message "Firefox prevented this site from opening popup windows". With 3 options at the left box Block, Add to options and Don't show again. I still need the 4th option to go to the blocked page. In particular when I am trying to print from my Yahoo email.

How can I get the option in the yellow bar to drop down, click, run the blocked page?

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.

To Reset Firefox do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
  2. Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
  3. Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
  4. Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.
