I have never tried to use Sync before. I set up a Firefox account as instructed, logged in, and was told that there was a "Wrong Recovery Key" (?). I get this error whenever I try to log in to the Firefox account from any of my machines. I have tried unlinking all devices and then reconnecting, and the error persists. Ideas?

Firefox 29 has a new version of Sync, which doesn't have a "Recovery Key" as the previous versions of Sync did.

See this KB article - Sync your Firefox bookmarks, history, passwords and more

All devices need to be running Firefox 29 (or higher) to be able to connect to the new Sync.

Yeah, I tried that already. No luck. When I go to try to create a new account (with the same e-mail address, as the page says I can) it tells me that the account already exists, and when I log in I get the same error.
