What happened to print preview and the ability to select what you want to print?

Does this also happen if you use the Print items in the file menu?

  • Tap the Alt key or press F10 to show the Menu bar.

Does anything open at all?


Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
