I am going on the main page and clicking download but nothing comes up. Even when i click the 'click here' hyperlink to start the download that doesnt work either. Not sure what to do?

Where are you going have you tried the page

That is an Internet Explorer problem and so not easy to help you with. Could you use anther machine that does work to download the installer from that page, transfer it to removable media and use that to intall Fifefox on your problem computer.
