Chrome has a feature which lets you have different user profiles in different windows. I use this feature to keep all my work accounts and cookies and stuff in one window and keep my personal data in the other window. Is there a way to replicate this experience with Firefox?

You can create seperate profile on Firefox too, See Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles & Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data article for more information..
