Your home page setting has a weird value according to the System Details list:

  • browser.newtab.url: ?s=Unknown&fnt=1
  • browser.privatebrowsing.autostart: True (Private Browsing mode is active)
  • browser.startup.homepage: ?s=Unknown
  • keyword.URL: ?s=Unknown

You can use the SearchReset extension to reset some preferences to the default values.

Note that the SearchReset extension only runs once and then uninstalls automatically, so it won't show on the "Firefox > Add-ons" page (about:addons).
