Since DL the latest ver 34.0.5 FF, I now have to move my mouse for anything to happen. Also , when I play a video or live TV site the sound is good but the video is choppy and I must constantly keep the mouse moving for it to play. This has never happened before this download. So far most of the fix suggested has no fixed the problem. Currently running Windows 7.

Chosen solution

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.

Firefox 35 was released earlier today. See if the latest version has fixed that issue for you.

Use Help > About Firefox to check for the update manually. Open Menu then the question mark - ? - to access the Help menu.

Thanks, It worked fine I used the fist Item on the list of malware scanning apps you supplied and it appears to have corrected my problem. Thank you Mozilla support. JR
