I cannot surf the net with firefox on my HTC one M7 as of this week.

Every time I open the browser, it closes my wifi and mobile data, meaning I get the error 'server not found'

i tried removing it and all its add ons, then re-installing...

Just the same.

Anyone help please?

Hi RichyRiches

  1. I have an HTC One M7 running Firefox for Android 35 with Android 4.4.3. Is that what you are using?
  2. "Every time I open the browser, it closes my wifi and mobile data, meaning I get the error 'server not found' " - Strange I have no such issue. Any websites in particular? Or is all of them? Do other web browers work?
  3. I don't think this is a Firefox for Android problem. In the past problems like that have been because of WiFi issues caused by firewalls. Please check with your ISP and check your firewall.

Cheers!

....Roland
