Hi Matt Thanks for your reply I have tried that by both checking and unchecking in the options but the box it still come up at start up whether it is checked or unchecked. It will not go off unless I make it the default application which I do not want to.

We went around this one a while ago. It turned out that the poster wanted to use webmail by default, but a browser won't by itself be recognized as a valid email client.

Is there an alternative email client you want to use as default? What happens if you set it as the default?

If you want to use the browser you'll probably need to find a notifier add-on or applet that can field any requests for email management and thereby launch the browser. .
