Nothing happens when I click my Firefox icon.
It used to work, and then it started not opening when I clicked on it, but it would work again after a while. Now it does nothing at all. I've tried restarting my computer already and it didn't help at all. :/

Hi TheEms2, I guess you posted from a phone.
- Can you confirm is the problem device a desktop PC ?
- Is that running Windows ?
- Do you get any error messages ?
- If so what are they ?
Try
- Starting in Firefox's Safe Mode
Holding the Shift key down whilst clicking the icon to start Firefox should achieve that.

- Try starting in Windows Safe Mode. That is often by using the F8 key when booting (unless Windows 8) http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/start-computer-safe-mode#start-computer-safe-mode=windows-7

It's is a desktop computer. A PowerSpec. I don't get any error messages. I held down the shift key and tried to open it and it still did nothing. Even Internet Explorer wouldn't open.
If you have Internet Explorer &/or other programs also not starting up that looks NOT to be a Firefox issue.
It may be a Windows issue. It may relate to other third party software such as security related software.
