As above, she has problems sending a new mail because some of the times not all of them gets this message. I have also tryed to check storage on Google mail server and its like 10% or so.

So with 10% on gmail limit and 23% on quota limit, storage is not the issue i believe, something else is wrong.

Thanks for the replys in advance

Google storage is shared between Gmail, Google Drive, and Google+ Photos. Could that be the case?

Well according to this everything is good, no limits exceeded or anything. Yea its like 25% but nothing is above the limit

there are also limits about how many to send/day and in same mail etc. https://support.google.com/a/answer/166852?hl=en&ref_topic=6013516

It doesn't sound like thats the case

Well yea these numbers belong to the stratosphere for someone who is not a spamming bot :P

Sorry about asking about limits. Any attachment that's big?

(Spamming bot, often yes, but not always a secretary tried to send a weekly church-program to members. )

Big Attachments id say its a fairly common issue. Its a real estate business so in some mail there are like 20-30 pictures inside every mail.

Some times less some times more

It's also the fact that even if Google allowed it maybe another mailserver on the way to the recipient has other limits and refuse to accept it. The conventional way is to load the picture on to a server (where your business-site is) and put a link to them in your email.

I guess that concludes our meeting :P

Thanks again for the time and efford you put there to assist me in my problem.
