Today I'm having all kinds of problems with firefox crashing and saying that the Adobe flash is crashing. Is there a conflict with Firefox/advanced system care

As I said in the title, Firefox keeps crashing and saying that Adobe Flash is crashing. My Flash is up-to-date. I spent all morning trying all of these "solutions" listed on your site to no avail. I'm wondering if the Advanced System Care malware tool may be conflicting with Firefox. I remembered that I just ran it yesterday. Is Firefox having a problem with Advanced System Care? Thank you, in advanced. Reginald

Advanced System Care (and any products from iobit) are known to cause lots of system stability issues, so you should remove them and never install them again.

If you still have crashes, please type about:crashers into your address bar, press enter, and copy and paste your last 5 crash ID's (they start with bp-) into this thread.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Then reinstall the latest version.

Flash Player Version 17.0.0.169

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.
