How to install Firefox Setup Stub 38.0.5 silently

I am packaging Firefox Setup Stub 38.0.5. I want to install this package silently. I tried -ms switch but no luck. Also i would like uncheck the option "use as default browser" as well. Any help really appreciated.

Try it using the full, off-line installer. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
