There are man options synced that I do not want. How do I delete options that are synced, specifically the search options?

There are a few bookmarks synced that I do not want synced. The search options synced are also not what I want. I have my browser at home set up the way I want it but when I sign into sync from another computer, it syncs options that are not on my browser at home. I want to have the options on my browser on my own computer's browser synced and not the stuff I get when I sign into sync at computers elsewhere. How do I remove synced options that I do not want?

Sorry Sync is rather restricted in what it does.

With bookmarks for instance it is all or nothing. There is no option to be selective for certain folders or to sync only in one direction.

I would also strongly recommend manually backing up bookmarks before you allow them to sync. Then at regular intervals make backups. Sync may occasionally corrupt or duplicate bookmarks listings. See also
