Running Windows 7, Thunderbird 38.2.0 crashes repeatedly, especially when I click Get Mail. I have multiple accounts, and most of them download their mail automatically, but for one account, it does not download new mail, and when I click Get Mail, it starts downloading, but then crashes. It also crashes sometimes just switching email account inboxes, or going to menu items like Help or Tools. Here's one of many crash report IDs: 256ccfb3-ae3b-4bf4-8e2b-16daa2150813 After reading some other forum items, I made sure that hardware acceleration was unchecked (it already was).

Crash is RtlEnterCriticalSection | arena_malloc_small | arena_malloc | je_malloc | PL_Base64Decode | nsMsgBodyHandler::Base64Decode(nsCString&) related to message body.
