My download speed on Chrome or IE is a little over 50.

My download speed on Firefox is a little under 20. How do I speed it up. Time Warner Cable (earthlink) level 3 technical support couldn't help. What can I do?

Streaming is jerky.

Hi

Thank you for your question and for providing your system details.

I notice that you have a large number of plugins, some of which you may not need. I recommend (as a first step) you go through and clear out any you do not need. This guide may help.

You mention that streaming is jerky..? This could be because your Flash plugin needs to be updated. I strongly recommend you follow the guidance in this guide that will help you to update Flash.

I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.
