That icon about not providing identity information doesn't have anything to do with you not being able to bookmark a webpage. How are you trying to save a new bookmark?

There's like 8 ways to save a new bookmark. 1. {Ctrl + D} 2. Right-click the page and select Bookmark this Page. 3. Bookmarks > Bookmark this Page 4. Double-click the Star that is on the right side of the Location bar and be able select the folder for the new Bookmark. 5. Single-click on the Star to save the new Bookmark to the Unsorted Bookmarks folder. 6. Left-click and drag the website image (Favicon) in the Tab into the Sidebar view of Bookmarks {Ctrl + B} 7. Or drag the Favicon to the Bookmarks menu bar item (the drop-down will open) and then onto the drop-down listing of your bookmarks and folder of bookmarks (folders will open) 8. Or onto the Bookmarks Toolbar - the new bookmark will be saved when you release the left mouse button.
