Can you send the snapshot of the error message that Firefox gives when you are trying to print a page?

Thank You.

there is no error message. Firefox simply does not provide the provision to print an internet article when I right click the mouse. See photo 1. When accessing internet through Internet Explorer I am given the menu shown in photo 2.

For reasons I have never been able to figure out, there has never been a contextual menu item for printing in Firefox. There is a Menu Bar item under File for Print, Print Preview, & Page setup; the Menu Bar can be accessed by hitting the Alt key. There is also a Print button in the Open Menu panel reached via the 3-bar button on the Navigation Toolbar; that will send it to Print Preview first, with a Print button on the toolbar in the Preview window. Also, the standard Windows keyboard command of { Ctrl + P } can be used to initiate printing in Firefox.

A number of extensions exist which add a Print menu item to the contextual menus; which is what I prefer. In the past I have used this one. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/printprint-preview/ But lately I have been using this extension. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/print-edit/
