Via 'Menu Bar' 'Edit' > 'Find' > 'Search Messages'

Via 'Mail Toolbar' 'Menu icon' > 'Find' > 'Search Messages'

'Search for messages in:' select the folder or the account name. select: 'Search subfolders'

If there is only one condition or you need both conditions to be true: Select; 'Match all of the following' Select 'Age in days' and 'Is greater than' and '90'

You could add another condition - click on the small + sign to allow another line. Example: select: 'From' and 'Contains' and type the email address click on 'Search'

This example should locate emails from a specific person older than 90 days. If you want, you can convert the search to a folder, so that you can easily select emails from a folder. Click on 'save as Search folder' button.
