HTTPS Everywhere breaks web sites. FF 47 alternative?

After recent update to FF 47, multiple web sites I access with photos were not working. A safe mode and triage procedure indited HTTPS Everywhere. Is there a setting to repair this? or is there an alternate to ensure FF accesses secure version of site options?

hi, please just report the issue to the creators of the addon or add an exception: https://www.eff.org/https-everywhere/faq#faq-What-if-HTTPS-Everywhere-breaks-some-site-that-I-use?
