Some of Bing homepages are animated, it works on IE, not on Firefox. Why?

For example, today, 6/30/16 was an animated picture of a squirrel, kind of like a gif. works OK with IE 11. I updated to Firefox 47.0.1 and updated Adobe Flash.

The last time I looked at this, the Bing site was sending a different home page to Firefox than to Chrome. I didn't compare IE.

Bing Home Page displays Animated Pictures (video loops) only in Chrome, but not in Firefox.
