Cannot ask with a simple question.
On 9/1/16 at 1:06pm, Thunderbird stopped RECEIVING (migrating?) my emails from Windstream. I CAN send emails through Thunderbird still. I need to bring all emails after the 9/1/16 1:06 pm day and time into Thunderbird. I am 79 and cannot do this alone.

you probably exsceeded the number of email or the amount of data your provider allocated you for mail on that day. has it started again since then?
No, everything is the same. I still have to get my email from Windstream's mailbox but can send via Thunderbird on emails I originate. I can also reply on Windstream, but hate it.
