Starting today, Firefox won't play videos. Safari and Chrome will. I have the most current version of Flash, too. Why won't videos play?

Firefox loads videos but will not play them. I checked on the Mozilla site to make sure I had the most current version of Flash, and I do. These same videos play fine on Chrome and Safari, but no videos at all will play in Firefox. This started about an hour ago, and as far as I can tell, I did nothing to cause this problem. I merely woke up my computer and went to a video I wanted to watch. I even tried opening videos in youtube, but they won't play either. Nothing plays in Firefox.
