Skype has recently updated. Since then I am unable to use the webcam and the camera pic is greyed out.

When I go into Device Manager to check for a camera, there are two listed. When I go into Skype and look under "tools, options, video settings I get a grayed out camera picture, instead of me, but the green webcam light does come on. Its very annoying, can anyone please help?
