I don't I'm afraid.

But I do remember something from another thread about; if I had access to a folder on my pc called 'windows.old' that there might be something that can be done?

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?

Look on your C:\ directory. Also look in your user folder.
