Since downloading my VPN a message comes up - unable to establish TLS connection to POP3 server. Looking at Accounts - settings and security it seems to need an encryption password, digital signing certificate and encryption certificate. If? I am correct in this - where would I get these three items? Help welcomed

It's more likely that your VPN is blocking access to the mail server via POP. Talk to your VPN provider.
