Hi, I tried to migrate thunderbird from my old laptop to my new laptop to my new; copy and paste the profile folder but there it went wrong for some reason. No problem, I can start with a fresh new install I thought, but that doesn't work out.

I get this pop up when starting Thunderbird saying "Profile is Missing" Your Thunderbird profile can not be loaded. It isn't there or not accessible. (hope this poor translation is sufficient..)

Only thing I want now is to have a fresh install, but using the Windows 10 way of removing software doesn't work. every time I do a fresh install, I get the same message when starting up.

What files do I have to manually delete to make a new installation possible?

Hope to hear from you, many thanks in advance!

Stefan
