COME ON, Mozilla! There has to be a solution to remove the "No Mozilla runtime" error on my Windows 10 pro 64bit PC! Clearly, it is a long-time issue.

I've tried every posted 'solution' I've seen to the "Mozilla runtime missing" error on PC boot up, without any change at all. This does not stop me using TB, which is working fine. I've gone through the entire registry deleting every occurrence to 'Mozilla' and 'Thunderbird', before shutting down, re-booting, and re-installing the latest version of Thunderbird. No change. There must be a simple solution to this.

Thanks for your reply Wayne - approximately 6 weeks, I guess..... The problem does not exist when using Seamonkey. Ian

Have you tried DELETING the Thunderbird PROGRAM directory (not the data directory) and reinstalling?
