باز نشدن فایرفاکس

با سلام چرا بعد از روشن کردن لپتاپم فایرفاکس رو باز کردم هیچ واکنشی نشان نداد و باز نشد ؟البته د task manager وجود داشت ولی در دسکتاپ اصلا باز نشد .اخرین نسخه فایرفاکس هست و ویندوزم 10 میباشد
