Trying to log on to the ATO Tax Agent portal, the message 'Credentials required'. I have installed the Auskey installer from the ATO website, and it is showing as an installed extension in Firefox. I am able to log in using IE, so there is no problem with my Auskey credential. Any help would be appreciated, as I prefer to use Firefox. Thanks Peter

Have now managed to log onto the ATO using Auskey. Solution was to reset Firefox, then re-install the Auskey extension.
