If I use ctr P to print it only prints the screen. Can I save as PDF file and get all the pages?

When you are viewing a web page, usually Ctrl+p calls up the Print dialog. If that isn't happening as expected, try the menu. Either:

  • "3-bar" menu button > Print (calls up Print Preview)
  • (menu bar) File > Print
you can tap the Alt key to activate the bar if you haven't turned it on

Does that work?

Firefox doesn't have a built-in PDF converter on Windows, but you can use an add-on. For example:

Also, Firefox does have some bugs related to printing. If authors use certain style rules in their pages, Firefox will keep all that content together as a unit and not break it into separate pages (so what doesn't fit doesn't show up on the printout). There are various workarounds for this, but the details depend on the page; there's not a universal solution.

The document I wanted to print out was from Microsoft Office support. In order to follow the instructions I wanted an an eight page printout. I'm going to try saving it a PDF file and see if that works. If that does not work I'll use another computer at my home office and read the display on it while I work on the other system with MS Outlook.
