Make sure you are not blocking content.

One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature: Tracking Protection {web link}

I already checked that and i dont even get the shield , so its not blocking anything on teh options I already have that option disabled .

  • Clear your cache and cookies

A good first step is to clear your cache and delete your cookies.

  • Disable Ad Blockers

Ad blockers may interfere with CAPTCHA. You can turn off ad-blocker without disabling your ad-blocker for other sites. To disable ad blockers, you can go into the settings for your ad blocker and "whitelist" or "allow ads" but make sure to check your ad blocker's support site for more instructions.

  • Enable Javascript

Javascript-blocking software (such as NoScript and JS Blocker) can also occasionally prevent CAPTCHA from functioning as it should.
