Please upload the images here to a message. Please describe in detail the issue with words. We do not work with pictures but with words describing the problem and the issue, and what happened to get the issue, what you have tried to fix the issue.
What Extensions are you running please ? What Security Software are your running ?

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block (wanted) content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block (wanted) content.

Size after saved tenor.gif image (6 kb) I'm turn off tracking protection, and use firefox without any extension in safe mode, and give same problem. If I understand correctly, you not have a similar problem?
