YouTube, so frustrating. This could be a result of the site redesign, called Polymer. Could you test whether this extension resolves the issue:

but now videos is not fitted with my laptop monitor size

videos now are some smaller than my monitor size

Do you mean making the video "full screen" doesn't use the full screen any more?
