I have my FireFox account on 3 main devices, an iMac, my iPhone and my work PC. On my work PC, the sync is very shaky. As of late, I go to log into sync, confirm via my email and then it shows that it's syncing by the rotating arrows and then it disconnects. I re-sign in, it gives me the sign on confirmed and then it shows the yellow exclamation point and it's disconnected again.

What am I doing wrong? Last week it worked for a few days and this morning my work computer must have rebooted itself over night and now it's not connecting for any amount of time. I wouldn't care normally but the password remembering is super helpful for myself.

HI, try this :

A couple of log in places :

You can open about:sync-log via the location bar to see if there are recent error logs available. You can upload a recent log if the log is too big split it into separate reply's

I've been able to sign in and it acknowledges it right away by not showing the exclamation point on the three bar button but by also sending an email to say another device has been logged in.

I checked the error log and there are quite a few txt files. Looking at just one of them, contained a lot of code. I'd be willing to PM someone this log if needed, it'll take a lot of replys to get this on this thread.

Hi, used to have a place for you to copy/past and upload but is gone this week.

So am going to skip that and want you to skip all of this support article except make a Bugzilla account, use this URL as a reference and if can include you reports then follow through with the last bolded step so it contacts a Supervisor.
