I am using latest version of firefox and I load websites but unfortunately some websites load more than 50secs and more and keeps going, (though its a website issue)..

So how can I do some settings from config that whenever I load any website it keeps loading only for 10 minutes.

Sorry for Mistype ! Its not 10 minutes, its 10 seconds.

Ten seconds is not much time.

As to stopping the page from loading, on the toolbar there should be an X. Pressing it should stop the page from loading.

There used to be an add-on that could help with this, but it is not compatible with the current browser. A replacement may be available, but I don't know.

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web Link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for what you want.

Thanks for the reply FredMcD. I know there is a cross sign to cancel loading further any website but I need each website should not load more than 10sec in that browser.

I found a way using about:config load something setting but isn't working.

I Hope you got the question now.

If there is any kind of adds-on then it could be helpful, but I see nothing actually..
