Firefox ESR 60.3.0 (64bit) GPO apply & Registry Settings are correct but the Client Computer Firefox does not show the Bookmark Links (or Bookmark Toolbar)

All GPO Setting work, Default Start Page, Lock-down settings, the bookmark will not show!.. Checked the Local Registry setting and this contains the bookmark items. but does not show in Firefox 60.3.0 esr browser on the client system.

I have the same problem and the configuration should be back to normal before I'll show my website I am working on to my customer. By the way... Can you please review my website and tell me what you think:http://under-the-open-sky.com. I really want to make it more comfortable for my customers.
