Responses to messages to one of my logistic partners are rejected with the error message:

"An error occurred while sending the mail. The mail server responded: 5.2.0 Spam message rejected. Please check the message and try again."

This only happens to one email thread.

Responses via Webmail succeed without any problem so I don't think this is a server problem.

The logistic partner is based in Hong Kong and the message contains Chinese characters in case this matters.

Any help appreciated.

It is a server problem. You should talk to your email provider.

You can try to send in plain text, and avoid HTML signatures with attachments.
