When I open Mozilla Firefox I receive a message (more or less): bookmarks not avaliable because a file is used by another program, maybe a secure software. I tried all the suggestions of Firefox help but no one works. I can't see the previous bookmars neither create a new ones. When I try to import the previous security copy (any one) nothing happens

WHat can I do ? Thanks Bye

Let's start by rebooting the computer.

If there is still a problem, as a test, disable your protection programs.
