Hello together,

if I install the normal Firefox Version I can open the about:policies and everything looks fine but when I try this with the ESR Version, there is not such a module as policies. Can't find any of them in the whole browser. In about:support is "company policies" marked as "inactive". How can I activate the policie module?

Cheers

Firefox 60 ESR doesn't support the about:policies page. Note that the about:about page lists all available about pages. You need Firefox 63 or later to be able to use the about:policies#active page to see whether policies are active.

Do you have a problem with policies?

There might be messages in the Browser Console when there are issues with policies.json. I don't think you can troubleshoot GPO rules this way.
