Hello noelmagee,

Your system details show "AdBlock Plus", but as inactive.

When AdBlock Plus enabled, and you need to disable it on a site, you must click on the ABP icon, then on the blue button , after which you'll see a red "Refresh" button to click on.

In other cases where you want to refresh a page you can click on the "Refresh" button, to the left of the "Home" icon.
