Starbucks WiFi access denied

more options

I doubt Starbucks WiFi is any less secure than other public WiFi, but access of my Android Pie phone is regularly denied by Firefox. More importantly, I am not given option to proceed anyway. SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN is denial note. Certificate only valid for secure.datavalet.io, whereas my local site is west.datavalet.io Is there no way to proceed to latter website?
