Inbox on Local Folders stopped working, and filters disappeared --NEVERMIND
I can't figure out how to DELETE this question, so I'm marking it to ignore.
It turns out the info for the Inbox seems to have changed to a different location, which I had searched for and now have finally found. I can't be sure. But for sure, the setting for my main email changed spontaneously, which isn't cool. (And the filters aren't gone, they just would not appear for the new unwanted Inbox situation.)
But I'm on the road to having my TB working normally again, YAY!
Mods please feel free to DELETE this query or tell me how.

I've been using Thunderbird for many years now. Have Windows 10. Have TB version 68.7.0. I'm not sure if this problem appeared directly after an update or not, but about 2-3 days ago several changes occurred in TB that are distressing and that I didn't do anything to deliberately create.
I use gmail and have 3 addresses, with one main one that gets most of my traffic. I have always set up my main account so that the Inbox was specified to go to the Inbox on Local Folders. Suddenly, I no longer have an option to control which Inbox that account is using, and mail is being delivered into the Inbox just for that email, which I never used. In addition, the filters that I have been building and using for many years have disappeared, which is disastrous.
Has something changed in the program itself and taken away the ability to specify which Inbox (Local or specific) is used, or has something happened to my app on my computer that has corrupted it? In Account Settings/Copies and Folders for all of my email addresses, the ability to specify the Inbox has disappeared on every one. The only folders I can specify now are the Sent, Drafts, and Archive folders.
When I look at my gmail account with my laptop online, my main email account is still the primary account. However, the gmail app on my phone suddenly switched in this same timeframe and now sees a different email as my primary email, so to see mail from what should be my main email address, I have to go to "All Inboxes" instead of "Inbox", which wasn't the case before it changed on me against my wishes.
Any thoughts? Thank you.

Were you asked to add your accounts to Thunderbird again after an update?
Hi Matt, No, I wasn't. What has me spooked is that my email on both my phone and laptop, 2 different apps, went haywire at the same time. --V
