Thunderbird was not working so I thought I'd remove it and re-install it. But once I installed it, I went to the Troubleshooting to "open folder" so I could import the information but after re-installing it, there doesn't seem to be any profile folder or path.

Exit thunderbird and try using 'Profile Manager' to select profile. Select checkbox to 'don't ask at startup' and click on 'Start Thunderbird'.
