May 4, 2020. I am using the current Firefox on a new MacBookPro laptop with the current MacOS. I tried to login to my Bank of America account and the password box is permanently grayed out. So I cannot access my BoA account. Safari works fine.

Remove History For One Site

Open the History Manager <Control><Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right-click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any settings.
